Echal Limited registered office address is 55 Whitby Road, South Harrow, Middlesex, HA2 8LJ. Please note, this address is the registered office address and not normally used for general correspondence.

No person under the age of 18 is allowed to register an enter or take part in any game on this website. If you are under 18 you must leave this website immediately and not return.

The registered account holder must be 18 years of age at the time of entry. It is an illegal and criminal offence for anyone under the age of 18 to register with this website.

If it transpires that a registered account has entered a team and has been taken under a false age declaration, all entries for that account will be declared void and their account nullified.

If it transpires that a registered account has reached a reward allocation then we reserve the right to withdraw that reward allocation.

At any time, Dream Team Challenge reserves the right to:

• Verify the age of any account holders
• Reserve the right to withdraw reward allocations unless the entrant is over 18
• Deactivate accounts whilst an account identity is being investigated

If you are dissatisfied with the website or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of the website

About your posts

• Contributions must be civil and tasteful, no disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour.
• No unlawful or objectionable content will be accepted. Use of multiple logins for the purpose of causing disruption will result in action being taken against your accounts. No advertising which has not been authorised will be allowed on dreamteamchallenge.com or deliberate misuse of a complaints facility will not be permitted, nor tolerated

Safety

• We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else, (E.G. Telephone number, home address or email address, etc).

Teams that have been entered into a seasonal challenge by the registered Dream Team Challenge user and payment made by the registered Dream Team Challenge user are entitled to a full refund right up until the registration window close date and time. The close date and time is displayed when a user logs in on the left hand side of the screen for challenges that have an open registration window and also specified under "Rules & Information".

Refunds will not be available via the same payment mechanism for which the payment for team entries were made and must be initiated by following our dispute resolution process as outlined here.

There will be no refunds offered for payments made for player transfers as the team that the transfers apply to will be active within that current challenge.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable ,it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
