Account Deactivation

There maybe a number of reasons why you may want to deactivate or close your account.

The deactivation of an account will ensure the account is suspended for a period of at least 6 months.

During the deactivation period the account will be blocked and you will not be able to log on. This also means:

  • No new challenges can be entered into.
  • Entries associated with the account that are active at the time of account deactivation can no longer be managed.
  • At the close of a challenge, any active entries associated with the deactivated account that earn a reward will at the sole discretion of Dream Team challenge be witheld during the deactivation period.
  • An attempt to create a new account using the same user profile will be banned as soon as it is identified. It will also result in the original account being permanetly blocked.
  • The account holder will not be contacted with any promotional material.

Once the 6 month deactivation period is up you can apply to re-activate your account. This can only be initiated by the account holder and Dream Team Challenge will not instigate this process. You can aply to re-activate your account by sending an email to:

If the account has not been re-activated after a further 12 months from the point when the deactivation period expired, then the account will be permanently blocked.

Fair Gaming

Echal Limited will display on the website all terms/conditions and rules under which gaming is offered and ensure that they are available in plain and intelligible language.

Any changes to the terms and conditions will be notified to all active registered users before they come into effect/changed.

We will ensure that our terms and conditions are fair and reasonable and are not biased in any way to any individual or individuals.

Fraud Prevention

Echal Limited endeavours to determine the identity of all account holders and will not knowingly accept registrations or execute financial transactions that may be from a source or associated source that is connected to any illegal activities involving crime or disorder or may be used to support any such activities.

Appropriate action will be taken when facts lead to a reasonable presumption of Criminal Activity and co-operate fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies by reporting any suspicious activities.

Protection Of Minors

Echal Limited will warn users that underage gaming is an offence and that they are required to affirm that they are of a legal age to take part.

We will on a regular basis review our age verification polices and implement all reasonable technology advancements where deemed necessary.

Confirm age verification prior to collection of financial payments and use a secondary age verification check when it is suspected that persons may be under age.

All reward allocations may only be paid out when age verification has been confirmed to Echal Limited by the account holder.

Any account holder found to be under age will have all stakes returned to the customer and no winnings will be paid out to them and their account closed.

Dispute Resolution

Any member wishing to raise an inquiry must do so by using the following procedure.

In the first instance, contact should me made via email to the website contact address that states:

  • Email subject - Summary of what (I.E challenge/team/player/payment etc) the inquiry is about
  • Email body - Who you are
  • Email body - Detailed description of what (I.E challenge/team/player/payment etc) the inquiry is about
  • Email body - If relevant, when the inquired event occurred

On receipt, the issue raiser will be notified by return email that the inquiry has been acknowledged.

Any disputes will be judged in accordance with the Dream Team Challenge rules and terms and conditions. A final resolution will be sought within 10 working days from the date of the most recent inbound email communication in the particular inquiry.

All decisions are final and binding.

A points dispute can only be raised within the specified time frame as outlined in the points section of the rules for each individual challenge.
